Dear Friends and Family:

It has been over a month since our first DTS ended! I must tell you it was a great learning experience. We graduate 8 students from 4 different nations and 5 of them were Peruvians! 5 more Peruvians missionaries! Praise God! Just by seeing them and what the Lord has done in their lives, encourage me to keep on doing what I am doing. I truly, with all my heart that I love it!

DTS GraduatesNow that DTS is over, we are already planning on our next DTS, March 2012. This will be my second time as DTS Director, and I am still feeling like I have so much to learn and practice. But one thing I am certain, God always make it work! No matter how many times we are wrong, his plan prevails!

For our next school, we are bless to have more staff. This has been my prayer for the past few months. Now we have: Colina Davila (Peruvian), Paola (Peruvian), Mallerlin (Colombian/Peruvian), Melanie (USA), Keith and Lu Barnard (not sure where Keith is from, but Lu is from China). As you see we have a mix of cultures! And this is exciting! God has put a great team together, this means greater things are coming next year!

Since the end of last year, the Lord has being putting this scripture in my heart:

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland” Isaiah 43: 18-19

This verse came back to me at the end of the school. And I thought: “Lord, what else new you want me to do? DTS in itself is NEW?” I felt God saying, is time to knock new doors. And that was all! J At the beginning I thought, He meant to go back to the USA and knock doors of new churches. So I started making plans for November ’11. But after a few weeks no church answers. I started praying and praying, but the same scripture and words came to me, “new doors” not so long after these, I was talking to a friend of mine from Germany. And she made a comment like: what if you come to Germany. At first I thought, no way to expensive. But then, God bring the words: NEW DOORS! So, I got it! God wants me knock new doors in Europe!!

Right now, I am still praying and asking Lord for confirmation and direction. It has been one of my biggest dreams to see Europeans doing missions in Peru. I must be honest and tell you that I’ve only seen a few. I know Europe is a hard soil, but if the Lord is asking me to go, I am sure He will do something amazing! So, I am packing and praying about going to France and Germany for 3½ weeks, next February. Please pray that the Lord will keep opening the doors and release the finances for this trip. This is the reason why I have canceled my trip to the USA on Nov. Cesar and his German friend, JulianeAlso, I will be helping my sister Anita running our summer program “Materia Prima”, raw material, because Peruvians are quality exportation!

Cesar's german friend and him singing :)

Opening my heart:
I am happy to let you know that finally my girlfriend, mallerlin, will be joining us for DTS and MP next year. I am not sure how many of you know, but we have been dating for over a year now, but it was long distance relationship. The Lord is making a way for us to be together and get to know us more, before we move into a more serious relationship.

Prayer request:

1. Next year DTS, wisdom and faith to direct this coming school.
2. for our new students. That the Lord will raise more Peruvians to the nations!
3. for finances for monthly support. Let me open my heart again on this prayer request, for over a year now, my support has only been 100 USD per month, The Lord has bless me and never let me down. I pray that this coming year I will be able to raise 500 USD per month.
4. Summer Camp, “Raw Material”, for the students and God’s anointing
4. Finances for the trip to Europe: 1100 USD airfare and 800 USD for transportation and lodging.

May the Lord bless you now and for ever!

Cesar in Bolivia! with the DTS Students!

Dear friends and family,
We would like to inform you the progress of our outreach in Peru, Chile and Bolivia.
Since we left Lima, we have seen God’s faithfulness and his provision for us.
In each city, the churches have welcomed us with much love and affection; they made us feel at home. We ministered to the church and with the church, and we had the opportunity to disciple them and do evangelism with them.
Also, we had the opportunity to train the leaders of each church in evangelism, and discipleship. Each week we ended up doing evangelism with the members of the church.

Thank God our students are good, growing and maturing in the Lord's work. It was not easy, because for many of them, it is the first time so far from their families. However, we believe that the Lord is working in their lives and He is using them in surprising ways!

Itinerary:
On Monday July 4th we will be traveling to Cochabamba, about 10 hours from Santa Cruz (where we are now)
*On July 11 we will be traveling to Juliaca
*On July 18 we will be traveling to Cuzco
On July 25 we will be arriving to Urubamba
On August 1 we will be in Huancayo
On August 8th we will be returning to Lima for a week of school and graduation

*From July 11th untill the 25th I will be back in Lima hosting and leading a team from the USA. Prince of Peace Church, right after them I will be joining DTS for their last month of outreach.

Prayer Requests:
1. For the Health of the team.
2. For protection in our traveling.
3. To enter to Peru, Juliaca.
4. For the churches we are going to visit.
5. For many souls to know the Lord.

PRAISE GOD:

I want to thank you all, and our Lord Jesus, because I was able to raised all the funds for this trip. due to some problems in the border between Peru and Bolivia I had to take a flight direct from Lima to La Paz, this was not on my budget, but the Lord knew and had provided everything I need.

It is very encouraging see Gods protection and blessing as I lead this school. It is truly and honnor and a great task, which I could not do it with out all of your support and encouragment!

From the bottom of my heart,

Thank you!

PS: I love seeing peruvians going to the nations!

Almost there!

I am on my way back to Lima, after two intensive weeks of attending to an ywam conference and one week of outreach in the jungle, we are happy to go back to our base, where mom and Dad are waiting with a warm welcome.

We were ministering in a community called San Regis. Precious place, green everywhere you go, sun was very intense. I remember going to bed sweating and getting up sweating as well. Good times!

As we prayed for the community we saw the need of real Christian example. Real people like them, with mistakes but always running towards the goal, to be like Christ. Every day we had breakfast at 7 am, quite time and prayer until 930 am. From 10 to 12 we visited different families and spend early morning with them, cooking, talking or helping in any possible way. Most of the days I sent the team out while I and Colina cooked lunch for the tea.

Lunch was at 12 pm, and then we went to the river, small lake, where we cool off, met friends and wash out clothes. Before dinner, around 4 pm we had small show for the children, we teach them songs, dances and shared the gospel with them. Many of them accepted Jesus as their savior. Praise God!

Supper at 6 pm, then our last outreach at the main plaza. From 7 to 830 or 9 pm. One night we were doing a full show, and we had a big crowd of people. I felt led to share the gospel to them, but in a different way. I felt like God wanting to reconcile with them. Many of them accepted Jesus when they were very young, but walked apart of God. So I didn’t ask them to raise their hands, instead I ask them to truly pray that God will forgive them and give them a new chance. At the end a couple approached me and told me that, they were going to some marriage problems and this was a new beginning for them. I was excited to see God working! He is great!

Now we have 2 more weeks of lecture phase before we go on our bigger outreach for almost 2 months. Please I ask for your prayers and financial support, as I still need to raise 490 USD for my airfare for Bolivia and the rest of the cities in Peru.

May the Lord bless you now and forever!

Please keep praying for my next mission trip. I am still waiting to raise the rest of my support. This is my itinerary:

May 7th – May 21st Iquitos (Peru’s Jungle) = $200 USD Got it! Praise God!

June 26th – July 7th Santa Cruz – La Paz (Bolivia) = 410 USD
July 26th – August 8th Huancayo (Peru) = 80 USD

TOTAL NEED: 490 USD

If the Lord is putting in your heart to support my ministry, please do. I believe the Lord is opening the doors for me to go and lead the DTS School, to be a blessing to the nations!
No matter how much is it, it will be a great blessing!

8th week!

Seems like yesterday when I finish writing my last blog entry; however it has pass almost a month. So many things happened on this month. My students are starting to realize how important is to renounce to their “rights” and co-live together as a big family,

indeed is not easy at all.

But, you know what, is OK. God is in control, the Bible says in Romans 8, that ALL THINGS work for good for those who love him! And sure we love Him!!! This promise is for me and for my school. God is in control and we are to enjoy His will and learn from it.

I want to thank you for your prayer and support; I still haven’t been able to raise the 600 USD I need for my outreach; please could you consider help me reach my goal. We will be traveling to Bolivia, Chile and many cities in Peru.

I will keep you inform.
May the Lord bless you and continue working in your life.

DTS!!

This is our 5th week of our DTS (Discipleship Training School) in Lima, Peru! I must tell you that it has been a challenge not only being on staff but being the DTS Director... it is one of the biggest things I have ever done! I feel so confident in God, knowing that He knew what He was doing when He put me in this leadership position. I also must confess that in these past months I’ve learned more than in the past three years!!!!

God has sent us 9 students from 5 different countries: Peru, German, Denmark, Finland, and USA. I love my students and care for their walk with Christ. It is very exciting every time you see a break through in their lives! Just that is worth all the effort and lack of sleep! Seeing somebody growing in the Lord, breaking their idols and burning on fire for God is amazing! It is hard to see myself doing anything else but this! Finally I can truly say that I am walking in God’s dream! MY DREAM!

This past week, we had a week of teaching about “inner healing” a time where God broke people’s walls (self protection) and opened their hearts for God to heal them! It was an awesome week! God is working in their lives 24/7!

We all are getting ready for one mission, to expand the kingdom of God!! We still have another 7 weeks before our outreach where we will minister to churches in PERU (Arequipa; Juliaca, Puno, Cuzco, Chiclayo, Cajamarca) Chile (Arica); Bolivia (Sucre, Santa Cruz y La Paz). Some of our Peruvian students are struggling to fundraise their money; please pray that God will provide for their trip. The school cost $1200 USD per Peruvian students; most of them have paid $400 USD.

PRAYER REQUEST:

  1. Wisdom and humility to keep on leading this school.
  2. For the contacts in the 3 countries for outreach.
  3. For more unity in the team.
  4. Support to pay the rest of my outreach trip (600 USD).
  5. Financial support for the Peruvian students.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog/newsletter. If God guides you to support my ministry or the Peruvian students, you could do it through paypal or to a church in the USA.

Flying "Stand by"

First of all, I have to start y thanking God for all the people he has putt around me to make my trips and ministry possible! Since 2006 I started this adventure in becoming a missionary. Since then my life has not been the same. I never thought flying to different nations was going to be something so “normal”, planes, going through security in different airports is more and more familiar to me. About 3 times a year I get to go back to USA, besides the other outreach locations in South America.

However, this year was an exciting adventure in America! Perhaps you never flew in a stand by pass. Well, let me tell you a little bit about this. So, “stand by” tickets are passes that every employee in an airline company gets, is like when you work for a clothe store, you get discount of free clothes right? In the same way, these employees get certain passes a year to use, to travel around the world. There are 3 categories: D1, D2 and D3. D1 can only be used by the employee, D2 is for direct family and D3 is for friends.

Thanks to my friend “x” in America, I get to travel using her passes, which are huge blessings! With this pass you can pick the date of your departure and arrival in the state you want to visit, in other words you can stay as long as you want, and the prices are nothing compare to the normal airfare. However, there is a little inconvenient. Since you are a “guess” using your friend pass, you will ONLY get on the plane IF there is any open seats, in other words if there is an empty spot, is yours. But you don’t know whether you are flying or not until the very last minute. So, planning is hard!

Like I said, I flew on my friends passes for 5 years now, and I have NEVER stay more than a couple hrs for the next flight. Oh, but this year was different! God had a special plan for me while in Miami.

I left Peru on Feb 4th, the first night I tried the flight was packed and I had to come back next morning, which I did, and got a nice business class seat. Oh yeah, btw by using this passes you might get first class!! I was so bless that MANY times got first class. Anyway, I made it all the way from Lima – Miami – Baltimore in first class! I was so excited and happy to be able to travel like that. But everything change…

On my way to Lima I went through Las Vegas to Miami and then from Miami to Lima. It wasn’t that easy though.

I was preaching and ministering in a church in Las Vegas until 10 pm, run back to the place where I was staying, packed and sleep for 3 hrs. Because my flight was 4 am next morning to MIA. Thank God I made it OK to MIAMI. I arrived around 1 pm and had to wait for 2 hrs for the next flight to Lima. I was sitting at the gate D24, waiting for my name to be called to get on the plane home. But it didn’t happen. They told me the flight was so full I will need to wait for the next flight. Guess what? I stayed in Miami waiting for the flight for the next 4 DAYS!!!! Can you imagine that! I didn’t have ANY clothes expect for what I was using and a coat, also I had my computer, cell phone and a multimedia. That was it!

But you know, God is so good! I mean, he really is! I had two ways to see this situation: (1) upset because I was stuck and spending money; (2) be thankful and enjoy the spare time. I am not going to lie to you and tell you that I took option number (2). I think it was a mixed of both… but I tell you, I’ve learn to trust God and know that HE is in control.

But, this is not over, like I said God knows what’s going to happened and He already has back up plan. I was bless enough to stay in a very nice hotel while I was waiting. My friend Richard was teaching in an airplane company so they cover for their housing and food. Richard orders a big room with two beds, plus the nice bathroom, nice leaving room and a big sofa. Also I was able to use the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi! So, it was like force little vacations for me. Although I was so frustrated about the flights, especially because I had teams coming to my house and had many more things to do! But it WAS OK. God showed me how “indispensable” I am! Sometimes I still think too much about myself. But the reality is that we are God’s servant, he make things happen whit out our assistance… this was lessons number (1)

The second day I was trying to get on the plane, my friend George came to MIA, and he was in the same situation like me. We both were stuck in MIA. But we both were able to stay with Richard. Now, I want you think for a minute about the hotel. Because, in this hotel I was able to eat free breakfast buffet and supper buffet. These 4 days I only ate breakfast and supper. I and George would eat 2 or 3 plates each!!! Ok, so here is what I want to praise God with me. If Richard wouldn’t be there I was looking at spending about 100 USD per night in the cheapest hotel, and another 20 USD per meals. This comes up to 440 USD plus transportation to the airport. So, God not only allowed me to stay with someone that I knew, respect and look up to, but it was a great time to learn from each other. And of course I save a lot of money. So, the lessons I’ve learned is that we are not to question why are we in those circumstances, we should be learn to praise God in the good circumstances and in “circumstances” that to our eyes are “bad”. The Bible says that everything works for good for those who Love him and are called to his purpous. This was lessons (2) we need to learn to recognize God blessings even in the middle of this odd situation. Don’t look for the “bad” things that happened. See the blessings the goodness and God provisions through these situations. Is only there where we can find the strength to keep on going!

Well, as you could imagine, by the third day I was so anxious and frustrated. I want to go home now! There was so much to do in Peru and I was stuck in MIA. So, as any macho man, I tried to take the situation and find my own solutions. Because I prayed and prayed and nothing, so I thought, ok I am going to buy a ticket to Lima Peru. So I did, it wasn’t too expensive. It departed on Saturday, two days ahead, and I needed to take a 40 USD ride to another airport to catch this new plane. Plus I find out I could only check one bag and it would cost me around 100 USD to take all my suite cases.

About 3 hrs later, I was sitting at the gate D11 waiting with my friend George, thinking I am so lucky I got to buy a ticket now I can relax for a couple days. Well, little I knew, God had different plans. Suddenly I heard the agent calling my name: Mr. Ausejo please comes to the D11 for immediately boarding. I was shocked; I did not expect to be called. I was already purchased another ticket with another airline, now I had spent money for nothing! Once again, I had the opportunity to bless God or to hate myself for making the wrong decision. This time I chose the right one. II thought, money will come and go. Money does not tell us what we are or how do we fill. We are supposed to bless God no matter what. And yeah, we make wrong decisions, but God knows, and he is teaching us through all this. I’ve learn to trust him. Learn to lean on him, not taking the situation on my hands but to let him lead! And praise him wherever he will take me. Knowing that money is not a problem for him! He is the owner of gold and silver. This was lesson number (3)

Well, my friends thank you for reading this long blog, but I felt in my heart I should share this and make it a blessing for you as well!

I apologize for all my closest friend who I called over the weekend, complaining … they know who they are. I also want to thank you for your prayers! Thank you for listening!

Thank you Richard for allowing me to stay with you and drink your diet green tea. Thanks for endure my snoring! God bless you brother!

Thank God, for letting me know you through this experience, for knowing and learning that you have the control@!
